My Rating: 5/5

My Review: I loved this book. This is the first book by this author, so it is also the first book in this series I have read, but I will definitely be picking up the rest, as well as more books by Tina Radcliffe.

This book was well written and I was able to read it as a stand alone, but I do think it would have been better if I had read the others first. This series seems to follow the members of a family, so you do see the characters from the previous books. It probably would have been nice to know their back story. However, the author did an amazing job filling in the blanks, so I didn’t feel as though I was missing anything, and I didn’t get confused on the characters at all.

This was a sweet, Christian Christmas story. I truly felt a part of the Christmas season, and this amazing ranch. Some Christmas stories don’t have enough depth to them, this one definitely did.

All in all, I loved this story and look forward to reading the previous books in this series. This will be a book I reread around Christmas time to get me in the proper Christmas spirit. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a heart warming, clean Christmas story to enjoy this year.
