Description from Goodreads: Baa! Oink! Moo! God Made the Animals, written by award-winning author Rhonda Gowler Greene and illustrated by David Walker, is set on a farm and follows a conversation between a mother and child as the child repeatedly asks “Mama, who made . . . ?”

In the end, children learn that God is responsible for creating sheep, cows, pigs, horses, goats––all the animals on the farm… including puppies! Together, parents and children will discover the wonder of God’s creation when they open Baa! Oink! Moo! God Made the Animals.”

Review: This is a fantastic little book to teach our children about God and the fact that he made everything. It’s never too early to start showing these little ones how wonderful God is and the fact that only he could create these amazing creatures.

The question and answer style this book has is perfect for the curiosity of children. How many times have we had our children ask question after question? This book just seems so natural to the style of children, making it easy for them to follow. The fact that the words rhyme makes this  easy to read and for kids to follow along.

The pictures in this book are fantastic! I love the illustration and your child will too. They are beautiful and have a cartoon aspect but realistic enough. This is great for leaning what makes animals different from each other, their different characteristics, their sounds, and it even gives them a chance to count the animals on each page.

Recommendation: I would recommend this book to any parent. This is a wonderful little book for your bedtime reading. This is a board book with a padded cover, making it great for very young children.

*I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher. A positive review was not required. All opinions are my own.*
